D850 problem

Hi folks,
a good friend of mine just bought a brand new D850.
I must confess, I'm guilty...

The only problem is, the informations in the view finder don't show up at the lower part.
What are we doing wrong. We could not find it in the menues...

Hints are welcome.

Every camera I've ever bought by default had the info bar at the bottom of the VF. Send it back and get a new one, something is wrong. I assume the battery has a good charge and there is a lens on the camera.

Hello my friends,

he received a brand new D850 from Nikon.
A fault the dealer never ever had before.
