In fact there are two engines back to back, apparently one would have difficulty pulling the carriages on the slope.

The first image was taken with the 24-70mm F4 S lens at 35mm and F11. The other images were focus stacks taken using the 105mm F2.8 MC lens at F11 and ISO 100.

Hello. I'm new here. I've had my Z50 for a few weeks.

I apologize for the boring pictures. I hope to take more exciting pictures when I get a chance to bring it with me to more interesting events/locations.

I'd like to post this picture as my example of the lowlight capability of the Z50. I am very happy with the results.

The picture of the building below, was taken with the 16-50 kit lens. The excellent Nikon VR allowed me to go to 1/3 shutter speed, which made the low ISO possible. I am pleased with these results. Notice the subtle light gradient across the walls, as well as the sharpness by zooming into the stucco-like walls.

Completely pitch black park (still under construction), with a dimly lit walkway. The lights were very dim, you could barely read a book under these lights if you were there in person. I manually focused to the first light post. Notice the clarity of the grass, and debris on the concrete. It is not distorted by ISO performance, and you can still see the pleasant glow of the trailing lights further in the distance. I don't believe a picture like this is possible with most APS-C cameras. The "larger than average" pixel size of the D500/D7500/Z50 sensor, the kit lens VR, and BSI-CMOS sensor of the Z50 make this camera more capable in low light conditions compared to other APS-C cameras.

Very nice David.
Welcome and congrats on the Z50. I've had one for a while and really love it. I like to say "it's just a fun camera to shoot".

Feel free to continue sharing as you go.

I think this thread just needed a "wake up call". :)

Nice set, here & and in the subsequent post.
